Professional Team Support, Laying a Solid Foundation for Quality
With more than 10 years of experience in suit manufacturing, we have built a full-process professional team covering R&D, production, quality inspection and laboratory. All departments work together to protect the quality of each garment from design to finished product, while continuously driving product innovation to provide solid support for service implementation.
Relying on close cooperation with more than 10 large textile enterprises at home and abroad, the team launches 5-8 version iteration schemes every month, integrating new fabrics, fashion elements with classic versions. We implement the "process responsibility system" to control every process with excellence, with an annual output of more than 500,000 sets (pieces), accurately transforming design drawings and measurement data into high-quality finished products.
Equipped with imported testing equipment, it conducts comprehensive testing on more than 10 indicators such as dimensional accuracy and sewing quality, participates in the entire production process, and resolutely prevents unqualified products from leaving the factory to guard the quality bottom line.
