Ghanaian client Kofi visited our factory in person. Following in-depth communication and consultation, we successfully completed and delivered 6,000 sets of custom suits.
This project precisely solved three core pain points in the local market:ill-fitting patterns, climatically unsuitable fabrics, and difficult daily maintenance.
Taking into account the typical physique of African men—broad shoulders and backs, strong chest-waist proportions, and long limbs—we abandoned standard off-the-rack patterns and developed exclusive custom patterns from scratch. We optimized shoulder width, chest and waist allowance, and adjusted trouser length and rise to ensure a sharp, structured fit with unrestricted movement.
Considering Ghana's hot climate, we selected the client-preferred khaki lightweight serge fabric. Featuring a 2/2 twill construction, this material combines durability with excellent breathability. It performs well in high temperatures, is wrinkle-resistant and easy to care for, maintaining a neat appearance without frequent ironing.
The bulk-produced suits align with local aesthetics and daily wearing scenarios, achieving a perfect balance of quality and practicality through professional craftsmanship. They have earned high recognition and satisfaction from Kofi.
