In late September 2025, our long-term client, Mr. Richard from the United States, contacted us to express his intention to place a new ODM production order for his business formal wear brand. We responded promptly to his requirements and delivered a comprehensive overall design plan within half a month. As a brand with strict quality standards, Mr. Richard showed great interest in the design proposals we provided for shirts, suits and business overcoats.
In early October, Mr. Richard visited our company in person and had in-depth communications with our design and pattern-making teams, jointly finalizing a series of pattern details including collar styles, lapel widths and sleeve plackets. With our professional advice on fabric selection and pattern design, we gained his trust and confirmed the final pattern-making plan. He visited again in late October to check the sample garments we made, and was very satisfied with both the craftsmanship details and the overall fit.
In early November, Mr. Richard officially placed the production order: 2,000 pieces of cotton ready-to-wear non-iron shirts, 630 pieces of wool business overcoats and 1,100 sets of business suits. Our production team strictly controlled every process from fabric pre-shrinking, cutting and sewing to ironing and packaging, and completed the entire production in just over one month. In mid-December, all products were successfully packed, loaded into containers and shipped to the United States. After receiving the goods, Mr. Richard expressed his recognition and appreciation for the products.
